At Blossom Beauty, we want every customer to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience. Our policies help us provide high-quality beauty, fitness, spa, and childcare services while protecting the privacy of our customers.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for all salon, spa, and fitness appointments. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service depending on availability. Some services may require a deposit when booking.
Membership & Loyalty Policy
Gym memberships and special offers are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates. Gym members receive benefits such as priority childcare booking and selected discounts. Customers who visit Blossom Beauty at least three times per month may earn a Golden Star and choose one complimentary service from the selected rewards.
Blossom Kids Hub Policy
Parents or guardians must provide accurate information when using Blossom Kids Hub. Children must be checked in and picked up by an authorized parent or guardian. In addition, our childcare services are designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment while parents enjoy Blossom Beauty services.
